Dues terms of use

App: Dues – Subscription Tracker by Pennylume · Last updated: 26 September 2026

By installing or using Dues ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Dues does

Dues is a personal tool for recording subscriptions you pay for, estimating what they cost, and reminding you before renewals. Dues does not manage, pay or cancel any subscription for you. To cancel a service, you must do so with that provider.

2. Prices and estimates

Prices in the catalog, currency conversions and totals are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, out of date or different from what you are actually charged (for example because of taxes, promotions or regional pricing). Always check the provider or your receipt. Dues is not financial advice.

3. Free to use

  • Dues is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads, and no limit on how many subscriptions you track.
  • If we add paid features in the future, what you can do for free today stays free, and any new terms will be shown before you pay.
  • Features marked "soon" are planned but not guaranteed.

4. Your data

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example with the CSV export). See our Privacy Policy.

5. Trademarks

Names and logos of third-party services shown in the app belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services you track. Dues is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Logos are provided by Logo.dev.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break any law.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed renewals or reminders, incorrect prices, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
