Using Kyulift

Kyulift is free to use. By using it you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Kyulift Pro is optional and sold through Google Play. Google Play handles payment, refunds and subscription cancellation under its own terms. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase for the life of the app on your Google account. A yearly plan renews until you cancel it in Google Play; if it ends, only Pro extras lock. Your workouts and data are never locked. The free trial is one per phone.

Training at your own risk

Kyulift is a logbook and a motivation tool. It is not medical, coaching or nutrition advice. Ranks, targets and strength standards are estimates for motivation only. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, warm up, use good form and stop if something hurts.

Your data

Everything you log stays on your phone. You are responsible for your own backups (Settings > Export backup). See the privacy policy for details.

No warranty

Kyulift is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Pennylume is not liable for injuries, lost data or other damages from using the app, as far as the law allows.

Names and art

Kyulift, Pennylume and Kilo are Pennylume's names and art. Please don't publish copies of the app under them.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date.
